100% pure silk lightweight habotai ribbon.

A rich, mauve shade, reminiscent of lilac flowers. This saturated shade that is cool in tone. Lilac is a versatile colour, working beautifully with white, blue, yellow or soft green florals. This batch has a very faint marbling running through it, which enhances the handmade aesthetic of truly hand dyed botanical colour.

Our lightweight silk habotai has a light, floaty feel and a soft lustre finish.

The ribbons are cut on the bias, which offers a luxurious drape, and a superior, elegant aesthetic, without fraying.

We dye our ribbons always by hand using ONLY pure plant based ingredients, without the use of chemicals.

One metre ribbons are wound on a card, longer lengths on an European oak dowel.

Please note that each batch is very small and unique so colours may vary from batch to batch. Some colours will be one off due to the seasonal plant ingredients used. Please ensure you purchase sufficient ribbon for your needs, as the colours available will evolve all the time.

There may be very slight marbling or marking along the ribbons. This is due to the hand dyeing process and we believe, is part of their unique charm.

Every care has been taken photograph the colour as accurately as possible in only natural light, however there may be variance with screen monitors.
