A little box of short naturally dyed ribbons for posies or buttonholes, home styling or craft projects,, gift wrapping, seasonal decorations or for tying your hair.

Each box contains approximately 20g of ribbon in mixed silks, widths and lengths. May contain silk habotai, crepe, velvet or bamboo, but usually the majority is silk habotai.

Lengths vary from 10-40cm - please note these are SHORT PIECES.

These lengths are pressed but not spooled or rolled - they come loose in the box (Please see images for reference). They can be lightly pressed with an iron or with hair straighteners.

Each box is made by hand so colours will vary depending on the shades available at any one time as the colour palette is largely dependant on the seasons. We make sure that each box contains a variety of lengths and widths in a range of mixed colours - the images are just a suggestion of how your box might look..

This is a great, inexpensive way to sample naturally dyed ribbon.

Due to their handmade nature, very occasionally, ribbons will have slight marbling or marking. These pieces are used within the snips boxes to reduce waste and are perfectly imperfect.

The ribbons are dyed by hand using pure plant based ingredients, without the use of chemicals.
